Due to the recent hail storm in Pittsburgh we had to have our car repaired. I found out during this process we do not have rental car coverage. When I called to figure out why, I was told “it was an oversight that it wasn’t offered and added to our account.” I have purchased three new vehicles since starting a policy with State Farm, during these purchases someone should have alerted me to the fact that I did not have this coverage. This is not 5 star service in my opinion, no matter how much you beg for the rating. I’m extremely disappointed in State Farm. I will be looking for other coverage moving forward."
