"certainly not one of the better agencies I've encountered in the insurance business. I cannot speak to Mr. Hunt's character as I never interacted with him personally, but the staff at the agency are extremely unhelpful and made numerous unfulfilled promises, which included failing to correct the app for login, correcting account information so I could log in via the website, and applying the safe driver discounts promised at the outset of my policy, among many other issues. I have been much happier and safer driving under the banner of Mike Newell's agency up on Liberty Avenue; all correspondence is returned immediately and courteously and questions and concerns are always addressed as a priority, which I did not experience at any time with the Lawrenceville agency. I am sad to say this because it reflects poorly upon Mr. Hunt, whether he is the personal arbiter of his staff's decline or not."
