"Be careful with this agency. They sold me a policy that didn't pay out like it was supposed to, and then said i didn't submit paperwork. I decided to cancel all my policies and it took weeks for them to send me information. Over a month now and still haven’t received my surrender check!"

"Richard good luck to you and whatever insurance company you switched to. I will say though calling and cursing and berating my staff because a preexisting condition (which is never covered)or an illness for an accident and injury policy will never pay out. As far as the rest of your insurance everything was cancelled but the policy that required signatures. You refused to come to the office to sign and DEMANDED to have it mailed to you. Then you sent it to corporate without all the needed information. That is why you haven’t received your cash surrender check. The office reached out today as a courtesy because you requested the money but didn’t provide how to deposit it. That was met again with curse words and berating of the staff. Again I wish you luck with everything moving forward. "
